Early in the evening at about 6.45 pm, i had alreadi eaten my dineer at Boarding Skul be4 headed to the skul’s car part where was the assemble place. i went there so early, so tat i would not be punished by the teacher I.C. Unlike the other 2 PRC who came late for about 15 min, they were asked to pay RM10. After all the students had come, we boarded on a bus we booked and headed on to Tanjung Pagar Railway Station. As the train waits 4 no an, we reached there earlier. Wat i found about the train station was tat it was quite ancient wif a bit Western culture. After waiting for about one hr in the train station, we boarded on the train. When we passed by the long train looking for our carriage, we found out tat there was one carriage which provided sleeping place for the passengers! Unfortunately, we were not the ‘passengers’ for tat carriage. Hhaha. Ours were onli normal seats like those in buses. For about 2 hrs in the train, i read my story book. It’s kinda boring in the train. Then for the rest 5 hrs, i slept. I din sleep well at all!! Not onli were the seats uncomfortable, the train was also making loz of noise!! Besides, the nearest toilet kept emitting a sense of unfavour ’smell’ !+___+ vomit … No choice lo. Just need to learn to tolerate this type of condition. Actuali, one quarter of day 1 was juz ‘waiting 4 Godot’. Hahaha Apart from wat i mentioned about the waiting for the train, we also waited for 2 hrs for the person- in- charged to fetch us to the resort. U know wat?! The place tat we were waiting waws in front of a restaurant! At tat moment, we were starved to death cause supposed to eat breakfast liao mah at 8 / 9 am. But the instructors told us tat we could hav our breakfast as soon as we reached the border of Tmn Negara. So, we could onli watch wif hungry expression. Then, 2 vans came to fetch us finali. So slow!! Now, I was wondering if the teachers had cheated us or not. When we reached the boarder of Tmn Negara, the shops were not opened yet!! We had to wait for another 2 hrs. Wat the hell. I took this time to sleep, so as not to waste any energy. While others playing cards. Finali, the moment we were waiting for — the restaurant opened and served the breakfast. Actuali, i enjoyed the breakfast lah although it was plain. It was nice. There were onli mee goreng, fried rice and egg yolk pluz milo. Aiya, no choice lar. Grumbling is useless either. After the breakfast, we went to the inner part of Tmn Negara liao. You know wat the transport was ? it was boat ride. It was quite fun and exciting. Howver, i felt a great pain on my buttock. Though we could enjoy watching the scenery along the river, we sat on the hard board for 3 hrs woh … kinda no worth ..haha. It was a torture 4 us. Some of us slept while some stayed awake. Finali, we reached the Tmn Negara Resort. I felt like i could fell at anytime. My body was numb. Then we checked in. The place tat we lived was a hostel (air conditioned wo … not bad lar). It was quite comfortable and still suitable for accomodation. Haha. During lunch time, we had our buffet - curry chicken, rice, fish, veg + dessert. Wat an admirable meal. At 2 pm we set out 4 our Canopy Walk and Bukit Teresek Trek - our 1st activity. The Hanging Bridge was reali fun and exciting. The 3rd platform was the platform i enjoyed the most. It was the longest part and the most challenging among the platforms. It swayed the greatest degree too. Howver, there was alwaz a bundle of mosquitoes flying around my head. They were kinda annoying! For the trekking, I was scared all the way looking at my pants if there were any leeches climbing up on it. haha. Luckily I realized fast enuf, one leech managed to clumb up till my waist. Those were juz land leeches: THey were quite "slim" and small. Compared to swarm ones, they were 100X smaller lo. The trekking was exhilarating. We climbed up and down, some land was plain sailing 4 us; some land was extremely steep. Pluz, the land was slippery after yesterday’s rain. So, we were extremely careful as to not get injured. Cause we still wanna to enjoy the rest of 5 days mah ^_^ After 3 hrs of trekking, we reached the summit of Bukit Teresek and were rewarded wif a panoramic view of Gunung Tahan, the heighest mountain in Peninsular Msia. After tiring journey, we were back to our hostel which i missed so much. Then we had our bath and dinner. There was chicken chop!! Suddenli, it rained cats and dogs. SO, the Night Hike which we expected so much, was postponed to the next day. I juz had my sleep earlier as i felt extremely tired. DUn know who to blame wif the rain. M’sia govt or Indo govt? Due to the haze problem, artificial rain is kept created. Sigh .."_^
